As
a coach, my mission is to build a positive and dynamic relationship
with my clients that will give them a supportive partner who will
encourage, motivate and assist them in reaching their goals and finding
success in their personal, spiritual and professional lives. Spiritual

Coaching sessions take place via telephone and are supplemented with email support. Each session is
set-up to meet the individual needs of the client.
Coaching sessions are a minimum of 40 minutes and can be up to two hours. Our first session is usually
a 60 to 90 minute phone session. This session is a getting to know you session. This session is designed to help you find new ways of looking at yourself and allow me, your coach, to be able to understand your situation. You will be able to walk away from this call with proactive strategies that can be immediately applied towards reaching your goals and having greater success in your life.
Let's face it most of life's problems are not salved in a 30 minute phone conversation. It takes dedication, practice, and work to stay focused and committed to making life changes. This is not something that is easily
done alone. Life Coaching is all about bringing more joy and more success into your life. Some people drop in for an occasional session while they are working on a specific situation; others will have 4 or 8 sessions usually once a week. Some clients stay with me for many months or even years lowering and adding to their frequency as they reach and set new goals and higher expectations for themselves.
During our sessions I will ask you powerful questions that will help you gain insight into how you see yourself and the world around you. You will be given "homework" and be made accountable for reaching the goals that you will set for yourself. Life is not always fun but Life Coaching works in a way nothing else can to help you move into a happier more fulfilling place.
